As a Premium Member of our Property Club you will be given advance notice of our latest investment properties, land and developments at least 7 days ahead of our Basic Members.
In some cases, due to availability issues, our Premium members are informed of investment opportunities that our basic members never get to hear about!
Premium Members will be invited to attend our monthly investor seminars free of charge - Basic members will pay an attendance fee of £30.
The seminars agendas will include:
- Overseas Tax issues
- Overseas Legal issues
- Mortgage Options
- UK versus Overseas investment
- Key note speakers
- Summary of investments available
- Portfolio Diversification
- Portfolio Management
- Syndicate Creation
* Premium Members will also be eligible for reduced fees on Tax and Legal Advise.
Premium Membership fees are £150.00 for a 6 month subscription. Should you complete on a property purchased through Harris Penny International during your subscription period this fee will be refunded in full.
