Description
of the Building
This
three-storey brick factory dates from the end of the
19 century. The original structure has been preserved
and is completely unique: its high ceilings, big windows,
impressive vaulting and original wooden beams go together
to create a genuinely unique environment. The building
is currently undergoing a complete reconstruction as
well as further modifications.Two new storeys are being
built on top of the original three. All of the plumbing,
drainage, gas supply, heating systems and electric wiring
are being replaced, new windows installed, (the old
windows are being replaced with larger and more stylish
designs), the facades repaired and repainted, and garages
are being installed. In the front part of the building
there will be a row of terraced townhouses with their
own gardens.
The
area around the building will be landscaped as green
area, providing a space for solitude from the rush of
city life outside your
doorstep.

of Apartments
In
total there will be 63 unique apartments of different
sizes, with utility space ranging from 47m2 to 129m2.

the new build upper floor section of the building which
